On a daily basis, Sheila provides direct, hands-on client support from booking dates and dealing with course logistics to answering the many questions that may arise. At any given time, Sheila will be communicating with TidalShift clients, hundreds of participants and our many instructors to ensure the programs we provide are executed without a hitch.
Sheila ensures that shipments are coordinated, assessments provided, evaluations summarized and participants have access to our post-course Members Portal. Sheila’s primary responsibility is to make certain that each client has everything they need to deliver an exceptionally successful program for their organization.
Sheila holds a BA in psychology from Queen’s University. In her (very limited) spare time she enjoys summer cottage getaways and international travel with her family. Closer to home, this avid swimmer and fitness buff finds relaxation in cooking and gardening.
